Moon Suite privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google. Used only to sign you in.
• Moons (your dashboards): the moons, widgets, screens and schedules you create, so your TVs can show them.
• TV pairing: a random ID per TV and a short-lived pairing code. The TV apps collect no personal data and have no ads or trackers.
• Usage: on the website, Google Analytics for Firebase records which pages are viewed and a few actions, such as signing in, creating a moon, pairing a screen or joining the beta, along with your browser, device type and approximate location from your IP address. It sets first-party cookies. We use it only to understand how Moon Suite is used. The TV apps do not run analytics.

Weather and other widgets fetch public data from their providers using the location you type into the widget, not your device location.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database and Analytics). We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
