Moon Suite is a website for building live dashboards ("moons") and apps that show them on TVs. It is run by Obrevaro ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Moon Suite, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
You need an account to build moons and pair screens. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and if you use Moon Suite for a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.
You own what you put into Moon Suite: your moons, text, images, links and settings. You give us permission to store, copy and display that content only as needed to run the service, for example to show your moon on the screens you pair. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload or link to.
Do not use Moon Suite to show unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content in public places, to break into or overload the service, to get around plan limits, or to resell the service without our written permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Some widgets show data from other providers, such as weather and news. We do not control that data and cannot promise it is accurate or always available. The TV apps run on your LG or Samsung TV under that manufacturer's own terms.
Moon Suite is in beta. Features may change, and things may break. The first 25 people who join the beta from the Plans dialog get every paid feature free for as long as we run Moon Suite. That access is personal to the account that joined and cannot be transferred.
When paid plans open, they are billed monthly per screen through our payment provider, Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next charge. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. We will tell you before we change a price that applies to you.
We work to keep Moon Suite running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; when a change matters, we will post it here and update the date above. If you keep using Moon Suite after that, the new terms apply.
You can stop using Moon Suite at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@obrevaro.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut Moon Suite down, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Moon Suite is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about Moon Suite is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
